What we collect
When you book through our website we collect what you type into the booking form: your name, phone number, pickup address, the items to be cleaned (including make and model), your preferred pickup day, any notes, and your signed liability waiver (printed name, signature and the date and time you signed).
How we use it
Only to schedule your pickup, perform and return the cleaning, contact you about your booking, and keep a record of your signed waiver. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Services that handle your information
- Formspree delivers the booking form to us by email and stores the submission.
- U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder receives the pickup address when you tap "Get pickup price" to find its coordinates. OSRM receives those coordinates and the public pickup origin to estimate driving distance using OpenStreetMap data. Your name, phone number and signature are not included in these map requests.
- Google Fonts serves the font this website uses.
- Firebase Hosting (Google) hosts this website.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and signed waivers for as long as we need them for our business and legal records. Ask us and we'll delete your information unless we're required to keep it.
