Do you reinstall the seat?
No. Seats come back reassembled and ready to reinstall. Your seat's manual shows how, and a certified child passenger safety technician (CPST) can check your install.
What do you clean with?
Branch Basics — a plant- and mineral-based concentrate with no fragrance, dyes or harsh chemicals. Safe for kids, tough on milk and juice.
How do you clean the straps?
Harness straps are spot cleaned only, as manufacturers require. Never soaked, never machine washed, never bleached — that can weaken the webbing.
What should I do before pickup?
Take the seat out of the car, remove toys and snacks, and leave any inserts, pillows or the base with it. If you know the brand and model, include them when you book.
What about mold?
Text us a photo first. Some manufacturers recommend replacing moldy parts rather than cleaning them, and we'll tell you honestly which applies to your seat.
